FINALLY!! pictures!!!

Hey guys! here are the photos I promised! I finally got everything up and running. As I said before I lost my camera cord. The important one that you put your memory card in to upload the photos! so my mom got me a new one! And now I have the photos. These Photos are from a place called Lazy D. It's this thing I went to with my friend and her family. And Now I finally got the photos!!!! YES!!!!!!!!! so here they are! well I'm not quite sure which photo to start out with.... cause I'm going to try to tell a story using the pictures.... Oh! I know! let's start out when we first arrived. We had to set up our tents first thing.

Now I'm not quite sure if you can call that a true camper's tent?! But I'm not a true camper so it will have to do!

This is my bed inside the tent! I slept on a really comfy air mattress but I thought I could use a blanket........ so I brought my bed spread. It was really cold last year and this year it was just as cold so I'm glad I brought it!

Here is a picture of my feet. I was sitting on my bed in the tent when I was bored the first morning. so I took a picture of my feet.

This is a picture of Maggie's friends Kimmy and Sophie. Kimmy is the one behind Sophie and Sophie is the one almost across from Maggie. This is a picture of them up at around 4 o'clock in the morning. Actually we were all up cause we were waiting for the bad weather to stop! It was raining really hard!

This is a picture of Kimmy,Maggie and Sophie holding toilet paper!? They did use toilet paper when we were camping but not for what you think!!

The girls tee peed the boys tent. It was for revenge. The boys scared us last year by shaking our tent when we were telling scary stories and whatnot. Well........ actually I was telling them a story about how the Texas chainsaw massacre was based on a true story. Then that's when the boys shook our tent. So Kimmy, Maggie, and Sophie tee peed the boys tent. I don't know if you can see it in the picture but Maggie said one of the boys left their suit case open and there was a teddy bear in it. So the girls took the teddy bear, rapped it up in toilet paper, and hung it from the top of the tent!! it was so funny! But I didn't want to get in trouble by one of the parents for tee peeing so my friend Katie and I just watched. Even though we got they got permission from one of the moms of the boys, there wasn't enough toilet paper cause Kimmy only brought 3 rolls!

well that pretty much sums up the first day of Lazy D!

The second day at Lazy D, we went to the camp store. well actually we did that the first day too but I forgot....... so here it is! At Lazy D they have a nice camp store where you can buy things. Kinda like the store at Train Bell Resort. Except bigger. And cheaper. Everything there was like 1 cent!!! you could get 200 tootsie rolls for 2 dollars! It was really cool. But then you had to sit and count up to 200. And then re-count them just to be sure! It must have taken forever!

There weren't any kids allowed in them without an adult cause the carriages were really expensive and if you break them they are like thousands and thousands of dollars to replace. We were going to sneak in to look but there was this guy watching the carriages the whole time. So we didn't.

Another thing we did on the second day was go tubing down a creek! It was so much fun! It was like raging rapids except a lot slower and you got stuck in sea weed and rocks more. Here are some pictures of us tubing!

Here is a picture of my new friend Kendall. I met her when I was at Lazy D. She's a year younger than me but she's fun to hang with!

Also on the second day we climbed up over like 10000 stairs to go up to a water tower! well actually it was only about 800 stairs! but that's still a lot!!!

Here is my friend Katie on the steps. ( Just to let you know, Katrina and Katie are the same person. Katrina is her name but we call her Katie sometimes.

And on the steps they have names! they were fun to read. My guess is that you could like buy a step for like a memorial or something and then they would put the step in?!! pretty cool!

well that pretty much sums up the second day!! and don't worry the third day is only horse back riding. We went horse back riding the morning before we left.

And yes I did get hurt. I was shutting a door and my foot got scraped against it.

WOW!! that's everything!! I'm finally done!

Lazy D

Hey!

I just got back on Sunday from this weekend retreat thing called "Lazy D." It was so much fun! This is my second year going and I go with one of my best friends Katrina and her family. And Maggie is also good friends with Katrina's little sister Kimmy.

At Lazy D there is a lot to do after you check in. You can go swimming, tubing down a creek, horseback riding, make camp fires, go to the store/ office and rent some games, etc. The possibilities are endless. There is lots to do. I brought my camera to take pics of the things we did so it would be easier to explain so once I upload those everything will make sense.

But first I have to find the plug that goes into the camera and into the computer............ cause I can't find it......... so once I do I can get everything set up and then hopefully I can explain things a little better.....
